As you can see on our labels, we have replaced the cats with other wild animals from the savanna.
The first animal is a Bubalus bubalis or in English Water Buffalo.
This rum edition comes from Trinidad Distillers Limited, it is 12 years old and has an ABV of 64.7%.
It was both tropically and continentally aged. First, it was lying for 10 years in ex-bourbon cask, in the cellars under the distillery. These cellars are built of brick to provide a coolness that makes the rum mature more slowly and gentler than usual under the Caribbean sun. Subsequently, it has been stored in Europe until it was bottled in April 2021.
No sugar or color has been added to this rum.
Tasting notes.
Aroma: notes of vanilla, caramel, coffee beans, candied fruit and oak
Taste: Dense and complex. Notes of oak, coffee, caramel, vanilla.
